Delivery

  • Your order will be packed by hand, with love, and regular orders are processed the same day and dispatched the next business day.
  • For pieces that are made-to-order, we can typically ship within approximately 2-3 business days of your order being placed. Please note, that during busy periods, or with more complex pieces, the lead time may be slightly longer.

UK:

  • We offer Free First-Class Delivery to all our clients in the UK. 

Outside the UK:

  • Standard shipping in 3-4 working days: £20

Exchanges

At Aurora Pearl Boutique, we strive to ensure you're delighted with your purchase. If you find you need a different size, or a different piece, we're here to help. Please follow the steps below for a smooth exchange process:

  • Initiate an Exchange: Email us at aurorapearljewellery@gmail.com with your full name, order number, and details of your exchange request. We'll confirm whether the exchange is possible and guide you through the next steps.

Returns

Your satisfaction is our priority. Here's how our return process works:

  • Standard Return Policy: Non-personalised jewellery is eligible for return within 14 days of purchase. 
  • For Personalised Items: Please understand that items personalised for you, cannot be returned or refunded.
  • Earrings:  We cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards.

Refunds

  • We process refunds and exchanges within 10 working days upon receiving your return. While we can't notify you when your return arrives, you'll receive an email confirmation once your refund has been processed. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Note that shipping cost is non-refundable, unless the item is faulty.

          International Customers

  • Returns Process: Our Returns Portal is not available for international customers. If you're located outside the UK and wish to return an item, please contact us directly aurorapearljewellery@gmail.com  for assistance.

Refund Policy

At Aurora Pearl Boutique, we strive to provide you with the highest quality products and services. We understand that there may be instances when you wish to return an item, and we want to make this process as smooth as possible. Please read our returns policy carefully before initiating a return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable, these include:

  • Personalized or custom-made products.
  • We cannot accept returns on earrings, according to best practice hygiene standards.
  • Items that have been used or are not in their original condition.

RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Your order number.
  2. The reason for the return.
  3. Clear photos of any faults if applicable.
  4. If your item was a gift, please provide the giftee’s name.
  • We will assess your request and provide you with instructions on how to proceed with the return.
  • If your return request is approved, you will be provided with further instructions on how to send the item(s) back.

RETURN SHIPPING

  • Shipping cost is non-refundable.
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the item is received by us.

REFUND OR REPLACEMENT

Once we receive and inspect the returned item(s), we will process your request according to the following options:

  • For faulty or damaged items, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a full refund.
  • For items returned for any other reason, you will be eligible for a refund of the item's purchase price, excluding shipping costs.

TIMEFRAME FOR RETURNS

  • Please note that returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order. Once your return is approved, please allow 5 business days for us to process your refund or replacement.
